Transformational Kinesiology (TK)™ is a holistic energy balancing method that utilizes kinesiology in an applied form (muscle monitoring) to access information from the Body-Mind. TK combines the art of muscle testing with the science of subtle energies, and utilizes principles of Transpersonal Psychology, Holistic Counseling, Esoteric Healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Creative Visualization and Meditation.

Transformational Kinesiology (TK)™, takes into consideration the goals one has and by identifying conscious or not blockages, can assist one in moving forward and taking the next step, in finding a direction and becoming "unstuck", in growing and evolving as a human being, in becoming healthy and in control of one’s life. This incredible modality can be experienced as a one-on-one facilitation and within a group setting.

This work is inspired by the Ageless Wisdom as it is described in the books of Torkom Saraydarian, Sri Aurobindo, Paramahansa Yogananda, Grace Cooke, Alice Bailey, Helena Roerich, David Tansley and many more. It is a journey in consciousness for the student of Life to support their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

Lilian has been involved with the study and training of Transformational Kinesiology (TK)™ for over 11 years and has studied with its the Danish Founders Grethe Fremming and Rolf Havsboel.  Lilian has completed TK levels 1-7, Inner Leadership I-II, Energy Anatomy and is a certified  Transformational Kinesiology(TK)™ Educator.
