Lilian holds a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, and is Board Certified in Asian Bodywork Therapy from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Lilian is currently working on her Ph.D. in Natural Health with Clayton College (CCNH).
Lilian started studying Hatha Yoga in 1998 and since then has received extensive training and advanced certifications in Hatha Yoga and Meditation as taught by the Himalayan Institute, Yoga Therapeutics, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, as well as Acu-Yoga. Furthermore, she is a Registered Teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500).
Lilian has been involved with Transformational Kinesiology (TK)™ since 1997, and has studied with its founders Grethe Fremming and Rolf Havsboel, completing training levels TK I-VII, Inner Leadership I & II and Energy Anatomy. Lilian has also studied Touch for Health and Wellness Kinesiology with Dr. Wayne Topping, and is currently the only Practitioner and Educator of Transformational Kinesiology (TK)™ in the state of Washington.
In her practice as well as in her teaching, Lilian combines the knowledge and training she has in Transpersonal Psychology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Natural Health, Energy and Transformational Kinesiology (TK)™, Raja Yoga, and Vibrational Healing to assist her clients and students with what it is they need to take their next step. Lilian believes that we all have the power to overcome any challenges we are faced with, whether physical, emotional or mental, by cultivating awareness and presence, and by taking responsibility for our actions and reactions.
Through her practice, Lilian addresses Self-Development, Optimal Nutrition and Natural Health, Stress Management and Women’s Health, including pre-conception, pregnancy and birth. She also teaches Hatha and Prenatal yoga, facilitates Women’s Conscious Living circles, and leads specialty classes and educational workshops, including Continuing Education (CEU's) for Health Practitioners.
Lilian is a professional member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), the Himalayan Institute Teachers Association (HITA), the Energy Kinesiology Association (EnKa), the Association for Prenatal & Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH), the National Center for Homeopathy (NCH), Women of Wisdom (WOW), Washington State Holistic Chamber of Commerce (WSHCC), and Yoga Alliance (YA).
