Transformational
Kinesiology (TK) ™ is a holistic energy balancing method
that combines the art of muscle testing with the science of subtle energies, and
utilizes principles of transpersonal psychology, holistic counseling, esoteric
healing, traditional Chinese medicine, creative visualization and meditation. TK
can be experienced thru individual and group work, and its ultimate goal is that of an expansion of
awareness to release old patterns and concepts which prevent us from freely
choosing how we live our lives.
In this free
evening workshop, facilitated by Lilian Mavridara MA, we will cover a brief
overview of the TK system, followed by a demonstration and Q & A, including
